The new center is a joint venture between Saint Francis Hospital, Lighthouse Surgeons, a group of orthopedic and spine surgeons, and Woodland Anesthesiology Associates. The 35,000 square foot, $26.2 million Orthopedic and Spine Surgery Center is set to house six orthopedic operating rooms, each with video integration, a designated pain management procedure room, a 26 bay pre- and post-operative patient care area, a physical therapy space, and a thoughtfully planned welcome reception space that focuses on both the patient and their family’s needs.
