The project consisted of 14 Floors of Architectural Walls. These walls create a beautiful aesthetic while affording the flexibility of ease of reconfiguration. Architectural walls are also considered furniture not fixed construction so there is tax benefits as well as financial positives. This complete new construction, managed and installed by John Watts Associates saves the company money and reduces the potential for the company filling landfills with interior walls in the future, as these walls are reconfigurable.
